Failure To Succeed

I think success is truly felt when one has failed and been unsuccessful many times. We all strive for success in one form or another, some big some small. The one overriding feeling that appears through success is a rush of adrenaline, giving you a slight high. Success appears though determination and courage. One’s ability to stay the course leads to the ability to keep going through as many failures that may come. I think if you find the ability to keep moving forward through the rollercoaster of life and the many obstacles that present themselves, you might be coming close to the determination and courage that life calls for.

We all think of failure as a bad thing; we are not good enough is a common thought. Have you ever felt less than, you are not enough? Do you ever think you could turn around your thinking? Could you ever think that, not being good enough, failing, might bring about a determination to succeed?

Determination to overcome the obstacles that stand in our way, create courage to succeed. This courage may be felt by anyone who strives to be the best, but I think only those that ‘stay the course’ and keep walking through difficult times are able to feel the joy in success.

Jennifer Field

At age 17, Jennifer had her sights set on the Olympics when it all came crashing down following a near fatal car accident that left her comatose and brain damaged.

Unable to walk, talk, or eat on her own, over the next ten years Jennifer battled physical, mental and emotional obstacles to regain her physical independence, graduate college and become a national speaker.

Readers and audiences are moved by her courageous journey for physical independence and are inspired by her story and life lessons.

Determined and unwilling to give up, Jennifer ignored her doctor's prognosis and with the help of her loving and dedicated Mother, Joanne Field, combed the globe in search of treatments and therapies that would help her regain her life.

She embraced the expression “never say never,” and her readers will too.
